There are many stories of female empowerment and they are all unique. Emerita's story is really motivating because in Honduras there are few opportunities where women can lead. "I live in a sexist society, and I think that the only thing that can change the sexist that exist in my community is education. Education is one of the factors that influences in people and society progress, besides providing knowledge, education enrich culture, the spirit, the values and all the things that characterizes us as human beings. Through education we can build an environment of equality."
